Crew Companion Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 2026
Crew Companion (“CC” or the “Service”) is a software product owned and operated by eTripTrader, Inc., doing business as SkedFlex (“SkedFlex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Crew Companion and any related content, features, or services made available through www.skedflex.com and crewcompanion.com (together, the “Sites”).
By accessing or downloading any material from the Sites, or by accessing, downloading, or subscribing to Crew Companion, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Completing the download or subscription process constitutes your acceptance of these terms as though you had signed this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please refrain from completing the download or subscription process.
General Terms and Conditions
Images and text from the Sites may not be reproduced, modified, used to create derivative works, displayed, marketed, or distributed in whole or in part without the express written consent of SkedFlex. You may not automate the retrieval of information from the Sites without the consent of SkedFlex. To the extent that express written permission is given to reproduce, modify, create derivative works, display, market, or distribute this document in whole or in part, the copyright notice and this paragraph must be included in all such copies or derivative works.
Refund and Subscription Transfer Policy
Non-Refundability
Except as expressly provided herein or required by applicable law, all subscription fees, add-on costs, and charges are non-refundable. Purchases are final, and SkedFlex will not issue cash refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for any unused subscription periods, partial months, or downgrades.
Service Transfers
If you determine that your current subscription tier or software product no longer meets your business needs, you may request to transfer your remaining contract value. At SkedFlex’s sole discretion, we may apply the prorated value of your remaining, pre-paid billing cycle toward a subscription for any of our alternate services, specialized modules, or higher-tier tools.
Cancellation and Access
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will not auto-renew, but you will retain full access to the software until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SKEDFLEX DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR COPIED FROM THE SITES OR CREW COMPANION. While SkedFlex takes reasonable steps to screen material for infection by viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code manifesting contaminating or destructive properties before making downloadable material available, SkedFlex cannot guarantee that any material will be free of infection.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will SkedFlex, its affiliates, licensors, or agents be liable for: (1) damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption, and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Sites, Crew Companion, or the downloaded material or any information provided on the Sites or in the material; (2) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the material or interpretations thereof; or (3) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or failure to notify of successful trades for any Auto-Trades submitted through the software. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkedFlex, its affiliates, licensors, agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of the use of the Material or Crew Companion by User.
Third Party Rights
The provisions regarding Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification are for the benefit of SkedFlex and its licensors, employees, and agents. Each shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions against a User.
Commuter Companion, Third-Party Data, and Affiliate Links
Commuter Companion
Commuter Companion is a SkedFlex product, developed and owned by SkedFlex. Commuter Companion incorporates certain data feeds licensed from third parties, including weather- and delay-related data supplied by KnowDelay. While SkedFlex stands behind Commuter Companion as its own product (subject to the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability above), SkedFlex does not independently verify, and cannot guarantee the accuracy of, the underlying third-party data feeds that Commuter Companion relies on. Seat-availability likelihood, delay risk, and similar outputs are estimates for informational purposes only and should not be your sole basis for any scheduling, financial, or safety-related decision.
Hub Delay Predictor (KnowDelay)
Hub Delay Predictor is an independent product owned and operated entirely by KnowDelay, an unaffiliated company. Crew Companion may display a link or promotional code for Hub Delay Predictor, but that link takes you to KnowDelay’s own website, where KnowDelay — not SkedFlex — controls the entire purchase process, billing, and ongoing management of your subscription. SkedFlex has no role in processing your payment, storing your payment information, or administering your KnowDelay subscription, and any promotional code is honored and administered solely by KnowDelay.
Your use of Hub Delay Predictor is governed entirely by KnowDelay’s own terms of service and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before subscribing. SkedFlex does not warrant, and is not responsible for, the accuracy, completeness, availability, or performance of Hub Delay Predictor or any other KnowDelay product, including its delay predictions. Providing a link or promotional code does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, joint venture, or agency relationship between SkedFlex and KnowDelay. Any dispute regarding a Hub Delay Predictor purchase or subscription is solely between you and KnowDelay, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, SkedFlex disclaims all liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, Hub Delay Predictor.
Governing Law
This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
Privacy of Information
Information obtained from the purchaser will be used only for the purposes of servicing your account, operating Crew Companion, and providing the features and add-ons you select. SkedFlex considers this information private and will not sell, rent, or distribute your information to third parties, except as necessary to provide a third-party add-on you have affirmatively subscribed to, or as described below.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), gives you certain rights over the personal information SkedFlex collects about you. Depending on how you use Crew Companion, we may collect identifiers (such as your name and email address), account and billing information, schedule and calendar data you choose to share with us, professional information relevant to your role (such as airline, base, and seniority), device and usage data, and inferences drawn from the foregoing. We use this information to operate and improve Crew Companion, provide the features and add-ons you select, process payments, and provide customer support. SkedFlex does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to: (1) know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed; (2) delete personal information we have collected; (3) correct inaccurate personal information; (4) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of certain profiling; (5) limit the use of sensitive personal information; and (6) not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To submit a request, or to appeal a decision on a prior request, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by the CCPA.
Other State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have similar rights under other comprehensive state privacy laws, including but not limited to the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and comparable laws in other states where SkedFlex does business. These laws generally allow you to confirm whether we process your personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights and will respond within the time period required by the applicable law of your state (generally 45 days, subject to a permitted extension).
Data Security and Breach Notification
SkedFlex maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and SkedFlex cannot guarantee absolute security.
If SkedFlex becomes aware of a breach of security that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users and any regulator to whom notice is legally owed without unreasonable delay and in accordance with the timelines required under applicable law, using the contact information associated with your account. Notice may be provided by email, through Crew Companion, or by other means permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms
SkedFlex may update these Crew Companion Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” above will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of Crew Companion after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
