Motulus.aero was founded in 2015 by three IT and mathematical professionals with deep experience in bridging scientific and business software solutions. The company developed a state-of-the-art optimization product suite (Motuplan, i.e. Motulus Optimization Engine and Motulus Proprietary High-Performance Solvers) with proprietary algorithms, which improve operational efficiency and reduce operational cost for airlines.
The partnership with Motulus gives SkedFlex the ability to offer Optimized Pairings, Optimized Schedule/Rosters, Dynamic Standby Generation, and Optimized Pre-Assignment Validation along with a Crew Bidding Portal.
Founded in 2019 by aviation industry professionals and based in Frankfurt Germany, the Manpower Planning and Roster-Analytics Solution is used by airlines and airports for strategic and tactical planning of Air Crew as well as Ground and MRO staff. The WePlan team brings along industry-best-practice through a 15-year year track record in airline workforce planning as well as system implementation and development.
Our partnership with WePlan provides us the ability to offer Strategic and Manpower Planning, Scenario Simulation, and Roster Cost Estimation.
The partnership with Motulus gives SkedFlex the ability to offer Optimized Pairings, Optimized Schedule/Rosters, Dynamic Standby Generation, and Optimized Pre-Assignment Validation along with a Crew Bidding Portal.
Since its founding in 2017, C Teleport has been on a mission to give businesses the power to easily search, book, change and cancel travel arrangements through an integrated online platform that prioritizes user experience.
The partnership with C Teleport will give FCMS customers the ability to manage all Deadhead flights and Crew Hotels. C Teleport has the ability to book, change, or cancel flights and hotels within minutes. When searching for the lowest fare flights, C Teleport will search 8 sources of flights including LCC’s.
Offering 24/7/365 Support, C Teleport also provides real-time analytics and reports.
In addition to providing Industry-leading Airport and Passenger handling solutions, aptaero offers a Global API Compliance solution to ensure API compliance. The aptaero dynamic rules-based engine ensures that appropriate data is captured at the right point in time, eliminating the possibility of missing or inaccurate passenger information and helping to reduce the possibility of any potential fines from non-compliance.
Designed to be adaptable to changes in regulation on the fly, the aptaero team coordinates closely with government agencies to ensure compliance prior to regulation changes.
aptaero is certified by the Department of Homeland Security (US DHS) for all the US APIS and Secure Flight programs, along with respective Immigration and Border Authority from around the world for various Advanced Passenger Information (API) initiatives (non-interactive) and Advanced Passenger Processing (APP) interactive processing.
Partnering with aptaero provides FCMS customers with a proven way to ensure compliance with the Advance Passenger Information data that is required.

Organizations
We are actively involved with the regional airline community.
The Alaska Air Carriers Association (AACA) was established in 1966 by a cohort of air carriers in Southeast Alaska. Today, members comprise more than 40 air carriers and over 40 associate members whose companies support our industry, consisting of major and regional airlines, air tour operators, single pilot operators, aviation maintenance companies, UAV companies, and many others. AACA stands in solidarity to preserve and perpetuate aviation in Alaska. Each member adds authority to our voice in the regulatory and legislative arenas.

The Airline Dispatchers Federation represents the professional interests of the dispatch profession. ADF’s constituency is comprised of licensed aircraft dispatchers and operational control professionals from aerospace companies, regional and cargo carriers and every major U.S. airline. The vast majority of airline passengers traveling each day in the United States, do so under the watchful eye of ADF members.

The Regional Air Cargo Carriers Association is dedicated to representing and serving the interests of member Part 135 and Part 121 cargo carriers. One of RACCA’s primary goals has been, and will continue to be, enhancing the safety of all-cargo flight operations. Toward this end, the association maintains a formal committee dedicated to aviation safety, joining other RACCA panels focused on regulatory reform and security. The association’s members and leadership have been actively involved with the FAA’s ongoing rulemaking and informal discussions with industry on ways in which the safety of specific flight operations may be enhanced, all without unduly impacting efficiency or creating other, unanticipated hazards.
SkedFlex has several clients that are member of RACCA, and we are an Associate member of RACCA. Our president, Tom LaJoie, also serves on the Associate Member Council to work closely with the association’s leadership to provide early warning of industry-based trends of all sizes and types and, when necessary, help develop appropriate responses.
